Schedule of Tap-In Fees:
The Fees set forth below shall, as applicable, be used in computing the amount of the Tap-In Fee to be paid by an Applicant at the time his application for Service is filed.
The Tap-In Fee shall be based on the number of EDU’s included in the structure to be served, irrespective of the number of meters installed to serve the structure.

8. | If more than four quarterly billings of the Supplemental Rate Charge applicable to Rate District (2) or (3) are delinquent: | The entire unpaid balance of the Supplemental Rate Charge shall then be due and payable within 15 days from the due date of the fourth delinquent quarterly billing |
9. | If an arrearage is shown on an invoice: | The full amount of the invoice is due on receipt and must be paid within three (3) calendar days of the date of the invoice |
